Shipping

L. Kay's Boutique offers FREE shipping on all domestic orders over $150 within the United States. Any orders under $150 will be charged a non-refundable flat rate of $7. We do not ship outside of the US at this time. All orders will be processed within 72 hours and you will receive tracking info at that time.

Return Policy

L. Kay's Boutique gladly accepts returns within 14 days of fulfillment for STORE CREDIT ONLY. Items must be returned in the condition in which received, including unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags. FINAL SALE items cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse returns if they do not meet the criteria above.

To Start a Return

Please email us at shoplkaysboutique@gmail.com to start a return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your return for STORE CREDIT. You will be emailed an E-Gift Card to use on future purchases which does not include your original shipping costs. 

Holiday Return Policy

During the Holiday season, we want to make your shopping experience seamless. We will have an extended return policy beginning on November 27th. All orders placed on or after the 27th have until January 5th to be returned for STORE CREDIT. Items must be returned in the condition in which you received them. You will still be responsible for return shipping costs.
